“A foolish person doesn’t think he needs advice, but a wise person asks for and receives counsel.”  Proverbs 12:15

  1. The first, and main, component of TRANSFORM is character. Before anyone who is involved in TRANS-FORM can be released into ministry, there first must be an establishing of Godly character.

  2. The second component of TRANSFORM is training in ministry.  This entails the discovering of an individual’s gifts and abilities, then training and developing in those gifts, and then releasing them to move in those gifts.

It is our intention to train and develop character in the lives of the individuals involved in TRANSFORM using vehicles such as:

v      Regular meetings with Director of TRANSFORM (Jonathan Lonneville) in which, he will speak into their lives. This will include accountability in major areas of their lives, for example, finances, relationships, purity.

v      Weekly meeting with Pastor Chris Lonneville, which will focus on leadership, i.e. What it means to be a leader, how to serve your leader, how to lead in a way which allows people to want to follow, how a leader deals with being a leader…

v      A weekly group morning devotional and prayer time.  Devotions will be regarding walking in the Spirit.

v      Involvement in the life of the church.  We believe that serving in a local church and relating closely to people, is crucial in the development of one’s character.

v      Involvement in Camp Judah, and the Elim Youth Conference, whether in helping with preparation, or in actually serving at the event.

v      Ministry trips where individuals can see what ministry is “all about”, and serve other church bodies who could enjoy or benefit from their ministry.

v      Transform missions trips.

v      Any other venues determined by Director and/or Pastor.

The criteria for being a part of TRANSFORM are as follows.

  1. Call-There must be a sense (by leadership) of the call of God on the individual’s life.

  2. Desire- There must be a longing or yearning in the heart of the individual to move up and come into that place the Lord has for them. Desire also refers to a willingness to embrace disciplines of the vision.

  3. Commitment- There must be a sense of dedication on the part of the individual.  If you are going to do something, do it with all your heart.

  4. Maturity- The individual must demonstrate maturity, including the area of spiritual walk.

  5. Availability- The individual must live in Warsaw or at least in close proximity.
